Uptake’s training is based in the real world. We come up with pragmatic and realistic solutions to problems, basing them on relevant research and theories. Uptake’s training is relaxed, interactive and inclusive.
Our trainers create an informal environment that makes learning new skills and knowledge enjoyable, fun and long-lasting. We know our subjects and can get them across in a way that’s easy to understand.
We combine small group work and trainer-led discussions for problem solving and sharing ideas. Our case studies and learning resources are all based on real-life examples. We use animations, cartoons, quotes and powerpoint slides that go beyond the usual bullet point presentations and lectures.
