A really common complaint about away days is that there’s lots of good talk, but little action. Uptake facilitation gives your organisation an agreed action plan that’s agreed and easy to follow up.

Governance board audit

Management committees and trustee boards rarely give themselves time out to look at what they should be doing, celebrate their successes and plan to overcome weaknesses. This workshop gives you the opportunity to look in detail at board roles and activities, and then to develop an agreed action plan for future development.
